Fresh Grapes Smoothie – Quick Recipe
Winter has arrived so the fruit market is sparkling with all the seasonal fruits and one of them is Grapes.
So this Grapes smoothie is a must to have this winter. It is always good to eat seasonal fruits in the specific season rather than having the hybrid version throughout the year.
A combination of black and green grapes blended with some vanilla ice cream is a twist in taste.
What we need to do is blend
Black grapes 200 grams
Green grapes 200 grams
2-3 teaspoons sugar (optional)
2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Blend black and green grapes along with sugar and ice cream in a blender to a smooth texture.
Pour into tall glasses.
Keep in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
PS: Can serve with an extra topping of vanilla ice cream.
